The Whole Brain Solution

Founder and principal Rachel Bernstein explains the focus of Progress Unlimited:

“My experience in many different types of for-profit and non-profit organizations, along with my arts and performance background have enabled me to find solutions creatively. I have extensive experience implementing various registration, accounting and billing platforms, and working with developers and software support to create systems which meet an organization’s needs.”

As a professional musician, educator, and administrator, Rachel Bernstein has held management roles in many types of for-profit businesses including law firms, architectural firms, engineering firms and research and development companies;  and arts non profits. Having also been involved in the arts for over thirty years., Bernstein became executive director of Heights Arts, a multi-disciplinary arts organization in Cleveland Heights in 2013. Bernstein also held various administrative positions including managing operations and enrollment at The Music Settlement in University Circle, where she continues to teach as an instructor in the Suzuki cello method. Since joining Heights Arts, Rachel has concentrated her passion for the arts on creative internal collaborations to connect Heights Arts’ many programs in unique ways; and partnering with the many regional arts organizations, businesses, and people who share her belief in the power of the arts. With the founding of Progress Unlimited, Bernstein will focus her efforts on projects which will maximize an organizations capacity to accomplish its greatest needs and objectives.
